Based on experience and product specifications and ratings, Gulf Coast Shutter selects the best brands available for the various applications. Along with this, you will find some of the best available manufacturer warranties from the brands that we use. Please maintain a copy of the manufacturer warranty and refer to it if there are any issues with your product after installation; the manufacturer warranty clearly explains their coverage for the product, labor, and freight. GCS provides a worry-free warranty that covers our workmanship to give you the confidence that your installation is completed properly – see your contract for further details. Being on the Gulf and due to the temperature, humidity and salt in the air, you will be able to enjoy the look and functionality of your custom-made and installed products if you maintain them per manufacturer instruction which may require regular cleaning and upkeep.

Return Policy

GCS Return PolicyWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt - see below for exceptions. To qualify for a return, please note the following:

  • Product must be unused, clean and not damaged
  • Product must be returned in original packaging with materials intact
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fees applies to the following category of products: ALL vinyl stock size shutters including Mid America and Legend brands; all hardware.

No Return Items
There are no returns on any custom shutter products. Custom products were made specifically for your order and we cannot accept a return.

If you received your order damaged, defective, or an incorrect item please contact our customer service department at 1.877.462.7542.

Return Process
To return a product, the above conditions must be met. Furthermore, we require that all returns follow these instructions for proper processing:

  • Call 1.877.462.7542 or email Customer Service to request a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please include your order # with all correspondence.
  • Warehouse must receive item within 15 days of an RA# being issued.
  • Report via phone 1.877.462.7542 or email Customer Service a tracking number to customer service. Please include your order # with all correspondence.
  • Items returned without an RA number cannot be credited.

Refunds

All credits will be issued after receipt of returned items and warehouse inspection approval. If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.
