Process with 13 employees including 5 installers responsible for specific stages to ensure each
step is successfully completed.


Quality Assurance Process

Details

  • Quality Assurance ProcessProject Manager will meet with you to determine the best product available for your home or business.
  • A Proposal of the shutter system you choose will be provided for your review.
  • Once your Proposal is signed & your 50% Down Payment is received, we will take Pre-Production Final Measurements of your home or business.
  • Your Final Measurements will be used to order your custom-made shutters.
  • Once your shutters are manufactured, they will be shipped, inspected and then received at our warehouse.
  • When your shutters arrive, we will call you to schedule your installation.
  • Our installers will install your shutters to the exact specifications of your order.
  • Once the installation is complete, our Quality Control Manager
    will make sure the installation is complete and ready for your sign-off.
